A full range of sample menus are available for you to view clicking on the
icon. We can also forward them onto you by email or post.
All our menus are created using the finest and freshest foods available from reputable Suppliers, and prepared by our Chefs assisted by experienced Staff.
For an informal private event, or a simple Working Lunch, a Finger Buffet can often be the most popular choice.
Some classic favourites include the ever popular sandwiches, wraps & bagels, with savories to include Lime & Coriander Kebabs, Spinach Goujons, Samosas, Thai Fishcakes, Bruchetta, Blinis & Tapas.
For something more substantial, or for Conference Catering, a hot or cold Fork Buffet may be more suitable.

Items on our cold menus include traditional carved meats and cheeses, Coronation Chicken, Supremes of Salmon and handmade Cutting Pies. A vast selection of salads are available to complement your Buffet along with Sweets from traditional favourites, to something a little more special.
Our hot menus include Fork Buffet items which are suitable for business and private events, where along with the traditional we offer something for the more adventurous, inspired by Asian and Caribbean cuisine.
For Banqueting events, we offer a flexible approach to our menus, offering Clients the opportunity to select their individually priced items to formulate their own menu to suit tastes and budget or a competitively priced set menu, offering a selection of courses.
